Signer Experience

The signer experience is designed to be frictionless. Signers receive an email with a link — no account creation or login required.

  • Signers access the document via a unique time-limited link in their email
  • No account creation required — the link is the signer’s identity token
  • Signers review each clause individually
  • Accept or reject each clause independently — granular, not an all-or-nothing decision
  • Submit decisions in a single action at the end
  • Signers receive a confirmation after submitting
  1. A cover page showing the document name and organisation
  2. Each clause displayed sequentially with accept/reject controls
  3. A summary review screen before final submission
  4. A confirmation page after submission

Every signing event is recorded with:

  • Timestamp of submission
  • IP address of the signer
  • Browser user agent string

This provides an immutable record for compliance purposes.
